Managed IT services are information technology (IT) services provided by a third-party to a customer for a monthly subscription fee. The managed service provider (MSP) maintains functionality of the IT service and equipment (depending on agreement), allowing the customer to focus on the functions of their home or business. All remote administration is done on an agreed upon schedule.
